Be realistic, if you do it less often you're only going to incur less brain damage - but it will still be damaging.

Also I understand that with Ecstasy there is a fair risk of poison contamination or excessive strength that can lead to a sudden death regardless of past experience with the drug.

it's like punching yourself in the arm.
If you hit yourself as hard as you can once a week every week for a year, there wont be really severe damage. It usually heals by the next time you punch yourself. If you punch yourself as hard as you can 52 times in a row without stopping, there can be permanent damage like breaking your arm or something. If I take care of myself and drink enough water so i don't everheat, dont take too much so I don't overdose, i'll be fine.

Grimgriz, that study seems a little misleading...first off, the sample size seems way too small to be drawing any real conclusions (only 48 people total), and they don't even seem to understand what the loss of serotonin receptors means functionally.

So in the worse case your body heats up a little, a couple seratonin receptors get burned out and you get a bit of a hangover?  Doesn't seem too much different than a night of heavy drinking...

My only real concern is with the drug is lack of standards (due to illegality).  You never know the purity (hard to gauge dosage), and never know what it might be cut with in order to boost profits...

ps - not saying I agree or disagree with anyone, I'm just playing devil's advocate for the lulz.

There are many different types and such but you can look up most on www.pillreports.com
Unfortunately, people make dirty E with some meth and other shit in it and try to make it look like a good type of E but you have to know your supplier.

Wisp, weed is nowhere near as fun as E and E doesn't make you feel like an idiot like pot does. You think perfectly clear, but on pot you think everything is funny and it's kind of like being drunk, but not really. it's hard to describe...

Most studies say that the effects are unknown, showing they aren't extremely bad. Most people do it much more than me and have little damage and I'm a heavyweight. I can take a lot. I'll be fine.
